Delmarva Foundation is proud to be working in partnership with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the State of Florida, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), in improving the quality of supports for Florida citizens living with developmental disabilities. Our vision is to enhance the service delivery system in order to produce results that reflect communicated choices and preferences that matter most to the person. We offer this website as one part of our Florida Quality Assurance Program.

Our Resource Center offers an explanation of our program, services and resources for individuals and their supports, contact information and more. A calendar of training sessions in the community provided by Delmarva and on-line education opportunities are available here.

The Individual and Family Resources section is helpful to Individuals and family members interested in quality services in Florida. The Useful Links site has been improved to offer easy access to many local and national web sites.

The Provider Resources section contains the tools, policies and procedures used by Delmarva Foundation in the annual consultation process. Tools include the CORE, WiSCC, Desk Review and Provider Survey.
