About Delmarva

Delmarva Foundation has more than a quarter century of experience as a nonprofit organization dedicated to customer satisfaction and public good. Our mission is to continuously improve health care in the communities we serve. Quality Improvement is at the core of Delmarva's mission.

In Florida, our vision is to enhance the effectiveness of each provider’s service delivery system, to produce results that reflect communicated choices and preferences that matter most to the person.

We hope to affect changes in public policy and the provider community consistent with our vision, and to be a nationally recognized leader in quality improvement by providing  leadership and resources for improving outcomes.

Consultative Services

Since 2001, Delmarva Foundation has led Florida’s Statewide Quality Assurance Program (FSQAP) - an innovative quality improvement program that has dramatically transformed the quality of services for people living with developmental disabilities in the state.
