The next Interagency Quality Council (IQC) Meeting will be held January 29-30, 2008 in Tallahassee, Fla.   The meeting will begin at 10:00am on January 29th and adjourn by 2:00pm on the 30th.  The meeting will be held at the Betty Easley Conference Center, Room 166, Tallahassee, Florida.

If you plan to attend and would like to stay at the hotel, please make your reservations on or before January 8th, 2008 to assure room availability.  A block of rooms at $99 per night has been set aside for our meeting, however, you must make and guarantee your reservation before January 8th.  When making reservations ask for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities IQC Meeting.

Things I'm requesting:

• Please contact the hotel and make your reservation using a credit card
• Please let me know if you are not able to attend the meeting.
• Please send agenda items you feel are needed for discussion and a sense of time required for discussion.
• If you need special room accommodations or anything unique in the room let me know.

Again, the meeting will start at 10:00am on the 29th.  The second day will end around 2:00pm, so make travel plans accordingly.

Directions:

The hotel is located on Apalachee Parkway behind the Homewood Suites and Torreya Grill.  The Betty Easley Conference center is in Southwood on Esplanade Way.  Go South on Capital Circle to Merchants Row, turn left and proceed to Esplanade Way.  Turn Right and proceed to the last building on the Left, near the flag poles.  The conference center is located next to the cafeteria.
