Delmarva Web-Based Training Instructions

The following are instructions on how to register and take these courses:

For First Time Users

Complete and submit the new user account request form.

You will receive your username and password via e-mail. You will have to complete this step on your first visit only. After that, just remember your password and follow the steps below. During the workweek, you will generally receive a response from us within 48 (Business) hours of requesting to be enrolled.

After You are Enrolled

1. From the Online Training page, go to the "Current Users - Login Here!" link. That will take you to the Training Center.
   
   
2. Enter your username & password.
   
   
3. Select the name of the module that you want to review and follow the directions.
   
   
4. The test pages will provide you with instructions as you proceed. At the end of the test, you will receive a score. You will also be able to review a list of all of your scores.

Note: We do not issue certificates for on line training courses. Users are asked to print out their test scores as evidence of having taken the training.
