Delmarva Web-Based Training Instructions

The following are instructions on how to register and take these courses:

For First Time Users

E-mail helpdesk@dfmc.org with your name, e-mail address and course you plan to take. You will receive back from us an e-mail with your user name and password to enter Delmarva's Training Center. You will have to complete this step on your first visit only. After that, just remember your password and follow the steps below. During the workweek, you will generally receive a response from us within 24 hours of requesting to be enrolled.

After You are Enrolled

1. From the Online Training page, go to the "Current Users - Login Here!" link. That will take you to the Training Center.
   
   
2. Enter your user name & password.
   
   
3. Click on the name of the module you want to review and follow the directions.
   
   
4. The test pages will provide you instructions as you proceed. At the end of the test, you will receive a score. You will also be able to review a list of all of your scores.

Note: We do not issue certificates for on line training courses. Users are asked to print out their test scores as evidence of having taken the training.
